Your First Visit

Initial visits generally last from 60 to 90 minutes. Your acupuncturist will take a detailed health history. During your first treatment, your acupuncturist will spend time getting to know you and your health concerns. You may be asked a wide range of questions about your symptoms, diet, exercise, sleep habits, emotional states, muscolosceletal pain and anything that may provide a more holistic and personal insight into your health. Addition examination will include a brief inspection of your tongue and pulse which are common diagnostic tools in Chinese Medicine.

What To Have In Mind

Please wear loose comfortable clothes (avoid tight trousers and skirts, or you may bring loose clothes and change at the clinic)

Avoid large meals, alcohol and drugs prior and after your visit

Share any kind of concerns you might have

Treatment Plan

After your Acupuncturist has gathered all the essential information on your pathology and lifestyle and after the diagnosis and treatment will take place, a tretament plan will be provided, including the frequency and number of treatments suggested according to your imabalances.
